Requirements
Education
- B.Sc. in Engineering or Diploma in Engineering or Bachelor or Honors from a recognized institution (Educational qualification will be relaxable for Highly Experience candidate).
Experience
- At least 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the industrial boiler.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.

Adina Industries BD Ltd. is also hiring for the role of Executive / Sr. Executive, Sales & Marketing. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated professionals with experience in Steam Generator and Industrial Boiler to join our sales team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive the sale of industrial boilers.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends.
- Analyze competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Address client inquiries and provide timely solutions to their needs and concerns.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Set, track, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products, including technical specifications and benefits.
- Work closely with the production and engineering teams to ensure product availability and quality.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and documentation.
- Manage the sales budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Identify and resolve sales-related issues promptly and effectively.
