Requirements

Education
  • B.Sc. in Engineering or Diploma in Engineering or Bachelor or Honors from a recognized institution (Educational qualification will be relaxable for Highly Experience candidate).
Experience
  • At least 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)
Additional Requirements
  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the industrial boiler.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Job Context:

Adina Industries BD Ltd. is also hiring for the role of Executive / Sr. Executive, Sales & Marketing. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated professionals with experience in Steam Generator and Industrial Boiler to join our sales team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive the sale of industrial boilers.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends.
  • Analyze competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Address client inquiries and provide timely solutions to their needs and concerns.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Set, track, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products, including technical specifications and benefits.
  • Work closely with the production and engineering teams to ensure product availability and quality.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and documentation.
  • Manage the sales budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Identify and resolve sales-related issues promptly and effectively.
